1. All components have a Full 1 Year Replacement Warranty!

2. After 30 days from purchase date all sales are Final!.

3. All products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase date with a 7% restocking fee and refunded for the current selling price less shipping!

EXAMPLE: On May 1st you purchased a CPU & Motherboard Combo for $300.00, but decided to return it on May 30th for a refund. If     on that day the current selling price was $250.00, you would be refunded only $250.00. Returns are handled in this manner due to the constant price changes with computer hardware!

4. There will be no exchange or returns after 30 days! Of course everything is 100% Guaranteed, so if you have any problems with your hardware we will Replace it for you for up to 1 Full Year!

5. To process returns or replacements customers must obtain an RMA #. Contact Tech Support Monday-Friday 9am-5pm @ 281-992-1700 and ask for the RMA department.

6. All RMA#'s expire after 30 days!

7. The customer is responsible for all freight charges to us for refunds or RMA packages! We will then pay for UPS ground freight back to the customer! If you (the customer) would like faster return shipping (2nd Day, Next Day), You will be responsible for the freight charges!

8. There is No Cross-Shipping for RMA's! No Exceptions!,

9. DO NOT remove any stickers from the products that you order! This may VOID warranty in certain cases. Most stickers and/or labels are for warranty purposes! This will enable us to better serve you if you experience any problems with your hardware!




1. All products shipped from US through UPS require an adult signature!

2. Shipping rates: UPS Ground ($9.00 for 1 item + $2.00 per each additional item), UPS 2nd Day Air ($19.00 for 1 item + $2.00 per each additional item), UPS Next Day Air ($29.00 for 1 item + $2.00 per each additional item).

3. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Holidays. Ground orders take between 5 to 9 days for delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for online orders to be processed.
